Want to create a new project?
Just click "Add a group," and a new project will be created.
Let's edit it!
Let's give the project an area and a total number of parts.
- An area is a responsibility the project is focused on maintaining or improving.
- Each project has a set number of parts, sections, milestones, or whatever you want to call them. You can define parts however you like. What matters is that you have a total number of parts set.
- My Fun Project has 10 parts.
I did something today for this. How do I add it to the work log?
I can add a log under the project. I can date it and state what part I reached after doing it.
Each work log record has a different "Completed Percentage" based on the part it reaches up to.
"I did a fun thing today!" reached up to part 5, so the completion percentage is 50%.
A project's overall completion percentage is the maximum of its work logs' "Completed Percentage", so "My Fun Project" is complete by 50%.
And, of course, you can view and edit the template in depth under the "Fun Stuff":
You'll get a link to duplicate the template. (Note: You need a Notion account to use this product.)
